The power couple got married in two ceremonies as a token of respect and admiration for each other's families. While they first got married in a Christian style wedding ceremony officiated by Nick's dad Paul Kevin Jonas senior, the following day they tied the knot in a traditional Indian-style wedding ceremony at Udaipur's Umaid Bhawan Palace. Even though Priyanka and Nick haven't shared photos from their wedding ceremonies yet, they have treated fans to moments from their sangeet ceremony and mehendi ceremony
A new detail has now surfaced on the internet from their wedding ceremony and it's sure to make you even more excited for their wedding photos. Parineeti Chopra, who is Priyanka's cousin and was also one of the bridesmaids at the lavish wedding, reportedly hid Nick's shoes as part of the traditional joota chupai ceremony and in return, demanded a whopping 5 lakh amount from her 'jeeju' Nick, reports DNA.
After Priyanka shared photos from the wedding festivities, Parineeti, too, took to social media and shared special moments on Instagram. While in one of the photos she revealed how Nick has promised to take care of Priyanka all his life, the other photo was about how the dance competition between Jonas and Chopras at sangeet ceremony was taken over by love, joy and the spirit of togetherness.
