Feel Happy for Nothing!

Can we feel happy for nothing, for no reason? Normally, no, for we are all programmed to feel happy if, or happy when, something conducive and acceptable to us happens. In a way, we tend to postpone our happiness, by saying that "I will be happy if this happens or that happens, or when this happens or that happens". And the 'this' and the "that" do happen at varying frequencies, often randomly and arbitrarily, and we feel happy. But once the event or occurrence or person or whatever caused our happiness is over or spent or gone, we are back to our old selves, often in a survival mode, waiting and anticipating the next big "this " or "that" to experience the next bout of happiness.

The only people, who seem to be happy for nothing, are children or people whom we call mad, or imbalanced or delusional. A normal man is not supposed to be happy for nothing. He or she cans only show or experience happiness, for a reason.

Do we really need a reason to feel happy? Yes and no. Yes, because it’s easier to feel happy when we think of something good or something good happens. No, because then we place the control of our happiness somewhere outside us.

There are many reasons to be happy, on a daily basis, for what we would normally consider to be "nothing". To be happy that you are alive, and have managed to get up from your bed in one piece, is a great cause of happiness. but something we rarely focus on. When we wake up in the morning, with all our body and mind parts functioning fully, we are being given another glorious day on earth, to experience its wonders. But we rarely think in this fashion, and take it for granted that we will be getting up daily, eternally, with everything working for us. This, in itself is a wrong assumption, something which we realize only when we wake up one day with some faculty or the other not working well, or when we wake up in severe pain or discomfort.

The fact that we are alive, our body parts are working normally, we are not in hospital or prison, we have a roof over our heads, we can think, speak and act out of free will, we have someone or the other to interact with, we have a job and enough money to survive, we can read, write and communicate, we can see and hear and walk...all these are things to be grateful for and happy for, daily, but the human mind is such that it quickly takes many things for granted and searches for newer things to get happy.

From the point of view of the law of attraction, since we live in a vibration universe, where like begets like or like attracts like, it makes sense to remain happy, because that is the energy signature we emit, and that is what the Universe picks up, multiples and sends back to us. If we are forever grumpy, sad, unhappy, irritated, frustrated, in grief, or feeling guilty, shameful or upset, that is what the universe picks up, understands that that is what we are asking for, and returns the same to us. Then we keep blaming other people, our job, our colleagues, our partners, our neighbors, our fellow citizens and our politicians for all our misery, not knowing that we are all a magnet, which is both emitting and attracting stuff every moment. And what we emit is usually what we attract. This in itself is a good case, for being happy for nothing.

Starting today, find those things that are already there in your life which you have taken for granted and start feeling happy just to be alive. And see how the universe responds to your happy vibrations by pouring more of the same, into your lives.

Relax Body, Breath, Mind!

By Vishal Chauhan - 11/01/2019

The leisureliness of the mystic is a thing to envy, and even imitate. He does not hurry through the streets as though a devil were pursuing him; he does not swallow his tea in a single gulp and then rush off to some appointment; he does not pull out his watch with nervous, restless hands every half hour or so. Such physical relaxation is itself an approach to spiritual peace; that peace which our world has all but lost and is now desperately searching for through ways and means that will never lead to it.

Ten steps to a worry-free life!

By Vishal Chauhan - 02/01/2019

We need to be in an environment of pure vibrations every day for spiritual progress. We decide not to create anger, hurt or hatred, but fail because our samskaras get influenced by the low vibrations around us. Vibrations are created by people. To empower ourselves and transform, we need to be surrounded by divine vibrations.
